I love the thought but I worry what would actually happen is a Supreme Court case saying she can’t do anything for bullshit reasons that all miraculously vanish the second a Republican gets elected
Presidential power overriding Congress is a problem, but the first thing that needs to be taken care of is breaking the Republican party because otherwise no other reforms are going to stick
We need to stop relying on precedent to save us. If it’s not a law it’s useless. And before you say anything about Trump breaking the law well that’s because SCOTUS set precedent that the POTUS is above the law.

A lot of what the establishment Democrats do is offer legitimacy to the institutions and process that allow Fascism to maintain its power.
It’s not that “voting to condemn” is a bad action in itself. It’s that the Democratic party is only defending the “process” of democracy. They are continuing to play the game by the rules, condemn the cheating, but do nothing to stop the cheater. After awhile, it results in the public perception of “the process” as still functioning when in reality it is not.
And, on the rare occasion that the Republican party “plays by the rules” the Democrats are the first to point to “reasonable Republicans”
