Presidential power overriding Congress is a problem, but the first thing that needs to be taken care of is breaking the Republican party because otherwise no other reforms are going to stick
We need to stop relying on precedent to save us. If it’s not a law it’s useless. And before you say anything about Trump breaking the law well that’s because SCOTUS set precedent that the POTUS is above the law.

Clever. This legislation won’t affect Republican presidents because nothing crosses their minds.
That should be done first day, by executive order of President AOC.
