Trump’s policies were all unpopular and people hated his ideas.

He won because media told people the Democrat’s good ideas were his and that only be could be trusted to implement them, and too many believed it. He copied promises from Kamala outright and media only reported on his statements and not hers.

People LIKED the Democrat campaign plan. They were simply convinced to not trust it by propaganda.

Are they doing that thing that parents do to try and get their kids to stop doing something by showing interest in it?

a lot of shitty dems have turned coat and said they’ll support rogers. i suspect this is an attempt to get them back. I hate it, but that’s the best reason I can come up with.

I definitely get what she’s trying to do, she’s trying to make a statement of unity within the party that we have a common enemy in MAGA. However, I don’t think she was right person to do this since most people on the very far left decided they’d rather have Trump as president than to vote for “Holocaust Harris”, so I fear this might backfire about as hard as Hasan directly campaigning with him in the primaries. I want to be wrong though

Nah. I read this as desperately trying to latch on to someone that’s actually popular hoping some of it will bounce off onto her. Fuck her.

The very far left and, you know, all those Arabs whose families she wanted to murder.

Why are so many people upset she’s campaigning with him? A former vice president and presidential candidate campaigning with him might get the centrists to vote for him.

Edit: It appears some people just want an excuse not to vote.

They think she actually campaigned on supporting Israel b/c that’s what the take away of her not really taking a side was. Her participation isn’t going to scare off his left base.

She lost Michigan left, not the moderates. In this case this isn’t going to hurt him on the left unless he changes his message. But she can show the moderates that he isn’t radioactive. It’s also worth remembering that she never got to run her own campaign, the corporate wing of the democratic party basically used her as a face.

That’s now how elections work lol Kamala Harris is despised across the board as an uncharismatic wet blanket of a candidate who is violently in favor of supporting genocide to the point of lying to the general public.

“Violently in favor of supporting genocide”.

Didn’t she support the two state solution?

If her support of El-Sayed is enough to make you not vote for him you were never going to vote in the first place so why lie about it?

The two state solution is what we currently have. The only path forward with apartheid like we have in Israel is to follow the model of South Africa and democratically form a single state that represents all.

I do not support two staters. They are just supporting Israel’s illegal existence and will never support the Palestinians they disdain with all their heart.

Because she represents the return to the status quo of Democratic leadership where the people once again exist below corporations.

Harris is toxic to critical demographics (including all those Arabs whose families and friends she campaigned on murdering) who are more important to the race than hypothetical centrists. We already know her track record with Michigan in any case.
