While this is funny as fuck, Grindr issued a statement saying this isn’t true. There were more reports on DownDetector for the app in Dallas area, but user-generated reports from a third party monitoring service =/= an actual outage.
It may mean there are more users in the area at the time, though, which is still funny.

If you do deny the ability of straight people to be homophobic, that is blaming homophobia in it’s entirety on gay people (which is very homomphobic).
