You absolutely could, if you fly down from above you will damage the rotors, and the drone will crash.
You can also tape a stick to it and go jousting. There’s videos online of Ukrainians doing both to counter Russian drones.
A light net or long strings would work wonders.
And you could definitely program it to home in, not that I would dream of doing such a thing…
