Woman who fatally shot man during confrontation over Florida parking space won't be charged

The Broward County State Attorney's Office said Florida's "stand your ground" law makes the shooter immune from prosecution.

Yea my instructor was old school so I’m sure they don’t teach it like that anymore but think of it as a realist.
