I don’t think many people have full time security in Europe though, not even politicians.
Harassment is like trowing a stinky egg or yelling. You will get fined for doing that and maybe a little jail.

They all have CPOs (close protection officers) and the wealthy have private security. You just don’t know because you never see the elites, most Europeans never see the true rich
Swiss Federal council members (7 highest executive) are known to ride the train. Probably with their assistant i imagine because they probably work while travelling
