The requirement to mark AI (or rather LLM) interaction transparently for a “good” user is a very good step IMO.
The fingerprinting of AI generated content is really hard though. I think a solution of this would be extremely useful, but I doubt that there is a solution that can’t be destroyed by an average “bad” user. Especially in text output. Hope I’m wrong on this one though.
