Avoiding the fight sounds like a bad idea. It’s great that public sentiment has shifted!

Soon I think, Trump and his mentalness is hopefully pushing more and more people to the realisation that we need to be close politically, militarily and economically to our European neighbours, rather than the Yanks.

Hopefully it’ll be something at the next election, it would be a very good way for Labour or others to set themselves against Reform.

Exactly, especially when the brexit side won by using misinformation and discrediting experts (without any facts, of course). Now people can see through their lies with their own experience.

They can’t claim the money goes the the NHS. The NHS is less funded now. They can’t claim Britain is stronger alone. They early aren’t. They can’t pretend they will make better deals elsewhere. That didn’t pan out and America is not a reliable ally. Barely an ally at this point. They can’t complain about eu decided standards, as they have now discovered that they still need to comply. They can’t complain about immigration as that didn’t stop, by necessity, it just shifted to different nationalities, usually with less recognised training and skills.
