4 days agoThe main issue with AWS and GCP and Azure is they’re effectively a triopoly controlled by the Americans.
We need to dump a fat stack into a plurality of providers, ideally operating as national champions.
Something atop of OpenStack maybe. But OpenStack seems bloated as fuck.
The main issue is you’ll never get the cretins that use it off it. Communities… they’re just sitting there burning the library of alexandria… all the esoteric knowledge they’re “putting on discord” is just gonna vanish.
