What I want to know is who was the “Democrat” who voted for the amendment?

This is called pandering to a base, even though Vance actually has no base. It’s the same reason he “wrote” that book last year. He thinks he deserves the presidency by virtue of being the VP now, even though he has no chance. I’m pretty sure “anyone else” would beat him in a poll.
