JD Vance has said he is “doing as much of God’s work as possible” and that he is OK “if that leads to the end times”, which he says “are coming”.

The US vice-president made the comments during a Monday podcast interview with Bryce Crawford, a 22-year-old evangelical host with over a million YouTube followers and videos featuring sensationalist headlines including “Preaching the gospel in Chicago’s deadliest neighborhood” and “Debating a ‘gay’ pastor”.

Speaking about the Christian prophetic notion that the world as humanity knows it will end one day, Vance said: “Do I think we are in the end times? I don’t know.

Its crazy how our system just rewards the most craven little freaks who are willing to take the maximalist posture. If Mr I’m OK with the End Times was actually confronted with the sight of a mushroom cloud a mile away, his last moments before being annihilated by the blast wave would be spent shitting his pants and grabbing anyone in a uniform begging them to somehow save him.

This is called pandering to a base, even though Vance actually has no base. It’s the same reason he “wrote” that book last year. He thinks he deserves the presidency by virtue of being the VP now, even though he has no chance. I’m pretty sure “anyone else” would beat him in a poll.

If this is the man doing your gods work, your God is broken and needs to be replaced immediately

There is nothing scarier or more dangerous than someone who thinks they are doing God’s will.

You could say his soul is so enormous and powerful that it’s capable of taking other souls directly to heaven with it, but only if you first anoint yourself with colloidal silver and don a pair of those novelty 45 shoes im pretty sure I saw at some point.
