Courtney (she/her/they)

Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!

I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.

Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.

Any and all tips and advice from more experienced women are welcome!

  • The whole thing is just for show, I don’t believe they expect to win this, it’s a message to anyone who wants to try on the future “we will try to destroy your life if you resist even slightly”

They are claiming he destroyed evidence.

Evidence of what? What crime did he commit that you are searching the phone for evidence? If you don’t believe a crime occurred, not only do you not have a reason to search the phone, but it doesn’t matter if he took out a hammer and smashed it to little bits, it’s his own property and he’s free to do with it what he likes. He wanted to wipe it, and he got it wiped. What you wanted in that moment didn’t matter in the slightest since you have no probable cause to search, no crime committed, no reason to baselessly charge someone for destroying something that doesn’t exist.

It sounds exactly as ridiculous as someone being charge only with resisting arrest. If the person had provably done a crime worth arresting, that charge would be there as well.

  • Indeed! And even long afterward, the brass that knew how they acquired it even discouraged newer people from even questioning where they got it! Like everyone in that building had to at LEAST think they were accomplices in corporate espionage, because someone had to have invented the thing they were studying.

In the first act of 2, Dyson tells someone “I asked [where we got the arm and chop] when I first started, you know what they said? Don’t ask” or something along those lines.

  • I mean, she was arrested and imprisoned for blowing up multiple things including a semi truck, several stretches of road, and the factory at the end of 1, and everything illegal she did in between 1 & 2. Probably got some of the T-101s shenanigans pinned on her, too, since they were usually close together. (and in 2 they specify that the police believe they are connected but don’t specify how)

She was imprisoned in a mental institution because she was claiming robots from the future sent a robot back in time to kill her unborn child she conceived with a future man said unborn son sent back in time to save her, and thus himself.
