Like other US government agencies, the Department (USDA) has ordered government employees back to the office. According to a contract notice, the return-to-work mandate has created the need for “advanced data integration capabilities to consolidate information from multiple sources, real-time analytics to optimize space utilization and employee seat assignments, and robust security compliance to protect sensitive organizational data”

so… you forced everyone to go back to the office… and you didn’t know where they should sit??? So then you needed to buy access to an AI to tell you where your employees should sit??

If you can’t even do seating arrangements as a manager, just admit that you are incompetent.

Same goes if you need to use personality tests to figure out your employees personalities.

Exactly, all my school teachers seemed fine with making seating charts manually! Why can’t these people?

The joy of micromanagement without having to go to the effort of micromanaging. It’s like it was built by and for lame-ass control freaks with no grip on reality.

I hope it doesn’t tell the staff to assassinate their colleagues for the seat.
