    So fucking proud of the ICC today. At least for a brief moment it feels like we have succeeded in creating a system of international justice, which can prevail even as our politicians suck.

    The US is of course busy demonstrating why most Americans hate their country enough to want to actively destroy it. And I don’t think it will be easy sailing in Europe either. Hopefully the remaining continents - and islands - will show us what they’re made of.

    In either case. The ICC. Fuck yeah.

    I am already worried that France talked about a “complex” situation.

    The only acceptable answer for any ICC signatory worth their salt is: “We will arrest anyone on our soil the ICC issued arrest warrants for and hand them over to the court to do its job.”
