      Definitely sounds better than whoever came up with this

      a system of “conveyor-belt justice”, in which magistrates decide on hundreds of cases a day, sometimes spending less than a minute on each

      Absolutely. If the matter isn’t worth convening a jury for, it clearly isn’t important enough to be in court at all.
