Congress needs to pass and the president needs to sign a bill establishing ethics rules for the Supreme Court that also has an enforcement mechanism.

It will take a few years of positive election results, but it can be done.

And then Republicans will add six to counteract that, and then Democrats will add another 8 to counteract that. Rinse and repeat every two years. The best solution is get rid of the people that created this mess, the entire oligarchy of Democrats and Republicans.

Well short term yeah, thing is that’s step 1 to fixing the system… step 1 is getting the facists out of the majority in the supreme court, because without that step done, any further steps will be ruled “unconstitutional”, then comes ethics rules, further checks on the power of the supreme court etc…

How are you going to get fascist out of the supreme Court when three of those Republican justices were put in there by Democrats? Democrats have enabled our current political climate

We need more participation and a dem party who represents us - fighting fascism is obviously step #1

We definitely don’t need both-sides’ing, because we all know that’s a really really really really really really stupid thing to say

The thing that’s amazing to me is everyone saying we need to form a third party and start from scratch. I mean go ahead, but is that really easier than replacing a couple frail bastards in their 70’s and taking the infrastructure? Even Musk realized he didn’t have enough money or time to start a third party, yet we are supposed to pull it off?

Somehow chuck schumer is a frail spineless geriatric bastard, but he is also an untouchable god that is so irreplaceable it’s easier to start from scratch?

Those frail bastards are grooming their replacements to keep the status quo protected from the working class, and they have full support of the voters. AOC is another Pelosi in training.

As long as dems are corporate owned, which they have been since their inception, they will never represent the working class. People have tried for decades to reform the party from within, and have failed.

California has a bulletproof dem supermajority and their legislature doesnt work for them either. They dont have universal healthcare (killed by their own party) they dont have livable wages, affordable housing, low COL, etc. If a bulletproof super majority cant work to the benefit of the working class democrats in the federal level cant do it either. Weve seen this every time theyve had a trifecta

Hilariously backward and wrong. Go fucking do some research on the origin of the party and who they stood for, which was urban laborors in the north and agriculture in the south. They were against the big banks.

Now, until the middle of the 20th century, BOTH parties had liberal and conservative wings. I bet you didn’t even know THAT much.

Go learn and stop saying stupid shit.

Reply as you will, but I’m blocking you because you are absolutely shitting all over any sort of truth or logic or anything worthy of time.

My reply here is mostly geared towards others reading your drivel.
