Congress needs to pass and the president needs to sign a bill establishing ethics rules for the Supreme Court that also has an enforcement mechanism.
It will take a few years of positive election results, but it can be done.

California has a bulletproof dem supermajority and their legislature doesnt work for them either. They dont have universal healthcare (killed by their own party) they dont have livable wages, affordable housing, low COL, etc. If a bulletproof super majority cant work to the benefit of the working class democrats in the federal level cant do it either. Well short term yeah, thing is that’s step 1 to fixing the system… step 1 is getting the facists out of the majority in the supreme court, because without that step done, any further steps will be ruled “unconstitutional”, then comes ethics rules, further checks on the power of the supreme court etc…
How are you going to get fascist out of the supreme Court when three of those Republican justices were put in there by Democrats? Democrats have enabled our current political climate
And by 2043 all of America will be on the supreme court and we’ll have true democracy. As nature intended.
