It definetely exists and existed outside of Europe but it is predominantlz an European concept. The last point deserves special attention imo. as it shows how the way Jews were perceived in the 19th and 20th century are now transferred to how Muslims are perceived.
Agreed mostly, but I think you’re going much too far by saying anti-semetism is non-existent in non-european places.
There are countless historical examples proving otherwise, that don’t conflate anti-zionism and anti-semitism.
