Nino Mangione, cousin of accused United Healthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione, narrowly won re-election to the Baltimore County Council on Tuesday, edging out his Democratic challenger in what is considered one of the county’s purplest districts.
Mangione, a staunch MAGA Republican whose grandfather was a multimillionaire real estate magnate, won the seat representing District 5 with 48.7 percent of the votes, beating Democrat Shawn McIntosh.

Plot note, many of the cousins would be the very same healthcare executives in need of killing.
In the early days of Covid, when I was working in retail and living in absolute terror of dying on a ventilator, a customer came in and bragged getting his vaccine shot before it was available to anyone but the old and immune-compromised because his son worked as an executive at a hospital.
