Weirdly enough I’d give the Alaskans an edge on that, a lot of them are surprisingly smart from the few I’ve met. Note I’ve met the dredges that have come out of Christian homeschooling wherein their ability to even sound out words is less than a four year old, the fact that Alaskans see relatively smart is impressive since I’d expect them to have been hit by that one.
