Voting them out doesn’t work when the electorate is propagandized to believe they are good candidates. Changing politics in this country is going to have to start with grassroots community organizing. You are going to have to get out there and explain to as many people as possible that establishment Democrats are not on their side, and show that you are trustworthy by doing good work like mutual aid. If we just keep waiting for the election cycle to change things, nothing ever will.
It seems only fair that investigations should be launched into all of them…a week before their next election. They don’t seem to think that’s out-of-bounds behavior, so they shouldn’t mind.

Uh I’m a democrat and I wouldn’t sign it either. This investigation didn’t start with Trump, it was Obama and the initial investigation did find wrongdoing. I’m not an expert but I read they only dropped the case because the potential offense fell outside the five-year statute of limitations.

Yeah I realized it this election. The primaries was actually very interesting in choices and candidates.
The actual midterm ballot was milquetoast in choices and recommendations. The props were way more interesting than seeing yet another “do I choose moderate democrat who will change npthojg or MAGA republican?”. The last 3 pages was just judges, and not even a choice: just " do you think this judge should retain their position? ".

With the judges though I think it was just coincidence as there are still elections that all is to decide. These were because those judges term was going up and we were asked if the judge should be continue to hold the office for another term.
I personally think that the governor should appoint judges, the Senate should confirm them and we should be able to vote them out (majority vote) in case they abuse their position.
I think that voting out could be good for federal judges and SCOTUS as well.

I think your system does work better. As long as judges aren’t going full Clarence Thomas, I generally shouldn’t know the day to day news of a judicial representative. The whole point is to take a non-partisan stance, after all.
