If we decoupled today it would mean immediate economic collapse, I’ll hand him that. He sure is bad with words for a chacellor thought.

But honestly speaking, he’s just one old, out-of-touch guy. I think the people the brought him into power are more to blame than he is. He did not grab power, he was his party’s choice for wielding it.

Even if they act all upset now, he is the CDU’s fault, not vice versa. They elected him, his ideas, promises and speeches. They liked him until the moment they realized politics are hard and he is unpopular. He is a symptom of a party that is corrupt and out of touch itself.

This man must be without a doubt the worst in history, when it comes to decision making. Atleast inactive people do not choose, but he actively chooses to do and say the wrong thing.

Multiple attempts to become candidate, failes. Still proceeds to do it.

Least popular candidate, still wants to do it. People and parliament reject him, he still pushes on. Population begs him to step down, he continues on. Voting on marriageable rape to be counted as rape, he votes against it. It is concencus that germany now gets a female president, his party and the spd agree on that, him: openly questioning it in the most mysogenic way possible. Fight nazis? Nope copy their rethoric and help them.

The doesnt even manage to serve the big industries well the once for whom he has become cancelor for, even they want him gone! Stand strong against russia, china and usa for european indipendence? Naaah merz actively chooses to court them and makes more closer ties with them. But does he succeed in that? Nope! Because he sabotages it right away with comments about their food, culture or other insults.

If you‘re not in the process of decoupling already then this should be your warning to be quick about it. This guy is like king Midas in reverse. Every commentary he makes has already aged like milk that was left out in the sun for days.

By the way, do people even know what „Germany‘s Merz“ refers to? Why do so many headlines these days leave out the actual role of people they‘re talking about?

Ok Merz, just don’t let the tongue slip and mention dictator Zedong. Or Whinny the Pooh. Or ethnic minorities. In fact… it’s probably best if you don’t speak at all.

Of course he does. He isn’t working for benefit of the German people, as he took an oath to do, but for the benefit of his real employer, BlackRock. And those investment locusts will go wherever they can make the most money. If that’s China due to slightly cheaper manufacturing, then China it is.

This is what he says, but Germany and France have been the two EU members pushing most for a tougher China stance. This is political rhetoric.
