They could be a repressed person that found a way out from their strict environment. Even the name ‘Anne Frank’ could be meaningful, if he is coming to terms with his genderfluidity, while ensuring the rejection from society that he had internalised.
Democracy has to be able to defend itself but that doesn’t mean that we should hate those who have conflicting views. The elite is employing Divide and Conquer. What if the extemist is not just joking? I think this is an opportunity for change.

What matters are objective arguments. If people hadn’t just downvoted but agreed or disagreed about the outfit in a comment we would have an objective sample. Then we could judge if the extremist is pretending to be woke.
