I started doing casual coke about 15 years ago when at the pub.
Once I started doing it I cannot believe how many people I noticed doing it, I guess I was just oblivious.
Congrats! I’m nearly 24 hours sober at the moment, might go another. I’ve never done anything harder than acid, I’m kind of a self-control freak. And yes, deeply oblivious.
Not wanting to belittle your accomplishment at all, but if my stoner maths is holding up, doesn’t this mean you had a coke habit for like 7 weeks? Must’ve been a fun 7 weeks at least 😁
I don’t know about that. I’m fairly older than the average fedizen. I can tell you, when I was in my 20s, the guy selling at the average pub would definitely be trying to push a little charlie onto you at the same time. Likewise, if I went to a club I remember being offered “a line” on multiple occasions with different people present.
I was never interested in it myself though. But it was out there and very easily accessible.
Now-days, I have no idea. Because I’m generally doing neither activity. But I bet if you live in certain areas, it’s not changed at all.
Probably it depends a lot on where you live (or lived) though.
Maybe that’s it, I almost always have my kid with me so dealers don’t even look in my direction. Shame, probably would buy adderalls for my wife and child if they did.

It was a heavy year. I got into a bit of debt with it and I credit my current anxiety issues with the amount of coke I put up my nose.
