If the bike lanes go out. Use the whole lane.

This is the proper response to someone literally trying to destroy your city. You have to show up to the battle.

    https://cyclingmagazine.ca/sections/news/toronto-bike-lane-removal-delayed-for-now-after-protesters-block-construction-trucks/

Wow the Ford administration is full of assholes huh?

“The province plans to remove 19 km of protected bike lanes on Bloor, Yonge and University. After the delay, Transportation Minister Prabmeet Sarkaria took to X to vow that the intention is still very much clear. “Work to restore vehicle lanes on Bloor Street West was scheduled to begin tonight but was halted by protesters. Make no mistake: these bike lanes are coming out. We have a clear mandate and we will deliver,””

What is this mandate he speaks of? Lol that sounds like some bullshit.

Mandated by his petty little ego and his hatred of the people who denied him. He has a hate boner for the city, and he’ll use all the power granted to him by the suburbanites to destroy it.

A bicycle is a vehicle. They are vehicle lanes so no change required…

Ironically he’s gotten more popular by pushing back against Trump even though he’s basically the same guy with the same opinions. Nationalists sure are stupid.

We’ve probably got more asshole politicians than Canada. It’s a problem. And we don’t always turn out for protests like this either.

We should follow Canada’s example and block our governments from doing stupid shit.
