The polling numbers for Trump and the GOP have been brutal as his second term has progressed, with Americans’ views on his handling of the economy — a topic on which he had previously outpolled Democrats — taking a dive. The president’s war in Iran has been another issue dragging down his polling, specifically because of its impact on gas prices.

The tough polling has contributed to election prognosticators releasing increasingly optimistic forecasts for Democrats in the midterm elections. Back in August, Cook Political Report said there were “multiple paths” for Democrats to take back the majority in the Senate, and their analysis has repeatedly moved congressional and gubernatorial races to the left as November has loomed ever closer.

I cannot fathom how so many people in this country couldn’t realize that the bad economy under Biden was because it was set up by the dumb shit Trump did, and that bit was going to be so much worse if he was allowed back.

What the fuck did they think was going to happen??

The problem is a solid 1/3rd of the country have shown that they don’t think, they just blindly adhere to their preferred ideology. They are the sheep they accuse the left of being, and will do whatever their masters demand of them.

Don’t be lulled by this sort of stuff. We still need to vote and vote big. You know those ratfucks are going to cheat like no tomorrow. Vote and encourage everyone you know to vote as well.

I’ve done a lot of field work and heard a lot of registered Republicans saying they’re voting Dem. I am a bit shocked the Senate is up for grabs but I’ll take some good news for a change.

We’re still going to have to enforce our votes with violence. Take out huge swaths of boomers, they’re a cancer on our country and planet. Then turn white nationalists against Hispanics that support Republicans. We have to cause infighting within their base, while subjecting them to outside violence. Infiltrate the spaces they feel safe in and sow discord. Make the working white people, the rich white people, the psychotics, and the dipshit Hispanics that want to fit in that make up the party hate and mistrust each other.
