The Trump administration has told Germany and France to draw down emergency diesel inventories to help to ease global fuel prices or face a potential US diesel export ban, said three people close to the discussions.
If the idiots didn’t start a war for no reason, we wouldn’t all be paying huge gas prices. Now the others are the ones that need to fix it.
Go ahead, stop American diesel exports. Diesel production generates unnecessary byproducts like kerosene. If you stop diesel exports, the storage facilities for byproducts will fill up pretty quickly, and as a result, American refineries will scale back their production because they certainly aren’t going to throw money away by disposing of byproducts.
Ultimately, the U.S. will have even less diesel in the near future than it does now…
