Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.) is facing accusations he tried to launch a conspiracy tying former special counsel Jack Smith to others who prosecuted President Trump — a line of questioning that unwound when the senator apparently confused two basketball teams.
…
“Somebody didn’t do their homework,” Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) told The Hill.
“I’m a trial lawyer by profession. You get it right, or don’t do it.”

Hey now, I feel like the good senator, E. Schmitt should be given a chance to explain himself. {what’s that, you say he was given the chance, but declined to explain?} Right, ok, well, he’s a little putz who can’t even explain when he makes a mistake, nor can he apologize instead falling back on name calling. truly ROTFLOL. What a self own!
This is typical behavior for a malignant narcissist. They’re always right, you’re always wrong, and if you point out they’re wrong somehow they’ll turn it around and blame you.
His lackluster, average American reading level response:
It turns out that the community long found on Reddit and also in the Fediverse is totally wrong.
There ARE some stupid questions.
I know it’s not just me? I mean if it was my job to ask questions of possibly The Top Prosecutor in the country, I sure would want to make sure to ask the right questions. Schmitt made himself a laughing stock. smh
