They have bluesky account as well https://bsky.app/profile/ecdc-eu.bsky.social, threads https://www.threads.net/@ecdc.eu and mastodon https://mastodon.social/@ECDC_EU@respublicae.eu But, the mastodon and threads seems abandoned.

ads are not allowed on Bluesky. that is the reason.
Oops. Yeah I just noticed that. Well, Mastodon users can use bridgy to this bluesky account to get latest feeds
