Eh, close enough. In this moment, I’d say Marisa is falling, but she had to fly to get up there. She’ll probably save herself since we assume she can fly without a broom like the rest of the Touhou cast. She’ll make it out of this with just a bruised ego.

So, um, this was an attempt to crosspost Moomin comics @MentalEdge@sopuli.xyz posted on Sopuli, and I don’t think it worked. Maybe it didn’t crosspost because I also uploaded my own stitched-together page of #55-58 which doesn’t match the original posts. Oh well. I’m not sure there’s even an official online version of Moomin comics, like there is with the 90s cartoon.

Anyway, the Sopuli !Moomin@sopuli.xyz community is going through the comics in order. MentalEdge runs it well, and I recommend joining there if you want to see more.

Whoa, yeah. I sent a second reply, and that time it actually made it to Bluesky. I’ll chalk it up to early adopter jank. We’re used to it on Lemmy and Mbin.

I’m trying Bridgy Fed, but it’s too janky. My Bluesky friends and I are able to follow each other and see each others’ posts. But, I tried to respond to a Bluesky post and Bluesky never saw my reply.

Yeah, I keep missing the Coupe Icare. I never see the event coming, but maybe they have to schedule it on short notice due to wind conditions. I need to watch the highlights from this year. I wonder if Ouka the fluffy flying dog was there.

It doesn’t take much work to make a fish swim in the air. These guys did it. Why wouldn’t we want adorable inflatable fish in the sky everywhere, offering people rides? Would they eat all the flowers or something? Would the birds kill them off too fast? Would strong winds sweep them all out to sea?
