I’m pretty sure I’ve clicked in like 3 ads in my life accidentally. But I saw people actively clicking in ads on purpose regularly and that shit shocked me completely. People don’t look at it as malware and phishing links like I do and think it’s a good thing. Internet was a mistake.

Last months I’ve tranfered my domain to netcup and bought a new one.
Moved dns to desec.io which was working fine, but since I bought a new domain it only supports one, so this week I reactivated my bunnycdn account and moved domains there.
Still a bit pissed that a european company is charging me in usd and I have to pay the conversion and it’s taxes on my bank, but oh well.
I don’t plan and moving email since I have been using fastmail for years and have been generating a lot of new fresh emails for each account I have or update in other places.
As a millennial who refuses to touch AI or use I’m already being bullied and excluded lol.

One of the top reasons for Scala is the jvm, you can use every library out there that already exists. If you have the needs to integrate with something almost certainly some library exists for it on the jvm so you can just use it and get work done reasonably quickly.
Which have been removed and there haven’t been any major issues with anyone in years.
I’m kinda shocked that kids don’t know anymore that playing a dvd ripped iso is a basic thing we did years ago. Even menu selecting on it worked.

And they are all getting dependent and addicted to something that is currently almost “free” but the monetization of it all will soon come in force. Good luck having the money to keep paying for it or the capacity to handle all the advertisement it will soon start to push out. I guess the main strategy is manipulate people into getting experience with it with these 2 or 3 years basically being equivalent to a free trial and ensuring people will demand access to the tools from their employees which will pay from their pockets. When barely anyone is able to get their employers to pay for things like IDEs… Oh well.
Just like I treat my car and for other that’s offensive because a car is a passion project. I can imagine the parallels.
