13 days agoWell, when the average person is having trouble buying groceries and paying rent, they can’t really afford to buy a fancy electric car. Particularly when their apartment complexes and workplaces have nowhere to charge them. Also, they’re doing good just to keep what they have running, much less blowing a bunch of money on something new.
It also doesn’t help that our ‘leaders’ (if you can call them that) are doing everything in their power to avoid building trains and bike lanes.
Not a single one of those tech companies wants to pay anyone what they’re worth, leading to outsourcing where they can get away with paying workers pennies for their labor. It’s disgusting.
