As an aussie I read the title and thought “fairo” then I saw the post and was utterly confused

The cathedral near me has a big sign saying “no new coal and gas”

I mean Labour really did throw this by-election by not letting potentially the most popular Labour politician in all of England run. Pretty sure people are gonna eat up the “this is a vote against starmer” campaign being pushed by reform.
