Denuvo has done some homework, though. The filing lists a Discord user ID, a Reddit account and seven Steam profiles that it believes are linked to the cracker.
Denuvo hopes the information linked to these accounts will eventually unmask the cracker. Games have to be bought before they can be cracked, for example, and Steam purchases come with payment details.
FWIW, untold numbers of people share their sanitized Steam files for the greater good. Very few, if any, well-known “crackers” purchase all of the games they help do what it says on their tin.
This claim by Denuvo is not just asinine, but proves even further that they’re absolute idiots in their field. 🙄

unfortunately by this point a lot of the more ‘extreme’ things are outdated. the first few chapters remain a decent starting point.
