Flexible 1.85€ cutting board put to good use.

I still want to seal that gap between the two rear fenders but I ran out of materials.

    Cutting board extensions is exactly what I did on my first ebike build 12 years ago because the fenders were way too whimpy. Well done sir!

      I’m surprised how difficult it is to find just plain plastic/rubber sheets that can be used for this kind of crafts. There’s plenty of plywood, sheet metal, glass and polycarbonate/acrylic available but no plastic. I stumbled upon these cutting board by pure accident while looking for something else.

        Cutting boards are so underrated for DIY. I have some knockoff Ortlieb pannier clamps I 3D print and bolt to cutting boards as a backer for all kinds of accessory modules on my bike.
