Honestly you could make your own with a set of mini pliers and a stiff paper clip. It’s just two points to hold either side of the stem while you rotate it out. I have a few at any given time since I work on bicycles in my spare time, and have passed out a few at protests.
Another option is a valve key. It’s easy to unscrew those valves.
