    yes. We need to get rid of the ability for media companies to influence our voters, and rich interests to buy our politicians. Until then we are cooked, and the rest of the world is cooked in direct proportion to how much America can mess with them to satisfy some rich persons special interest.

    Its hard to chart a path to get to a better result though. Clowns will say just voting will do it, but voting in a captured system will get you an outcome thats permitted by the rich, not one that will fundamentally change the game. Its like cows voting that they not be slaughtered. No one wants a revolution, but how do we get there without one? sit ins? voting in primaries? sternly worded letters? protests in protest zones? I dont have any answers either, but I feel like we have to think more creatively than just adopting what worked in the 60s or using revolution. We arent in the 60s anymore. Protests like those arent tolerated anymore, and the Dems are as bad as the repubs on repressing dissent.
