      Who views him more negatively now? Every (sane) person I’ve talked to knows he was unfairly targeted. That’s nothing on his reputation.

        Yeah I don’t think his reputation is ruined. I didn’t even know who this guy was before. I do now and have no negative views about him. I mean his “crime” was riding a bike and picking up some trash.

          You may not think that but let’s see if a jury of his peers decides that the government did its level best to try, and then decides what is the appropriate compensation.

            I’m not saying he shouldn’t sue because he absolutely should. The process was a punishment but his reputation is fine. At least to everyone but the administration.

                Are we going to ignore the elephant in the room here? The fucking presi6of the US used the force of the Federal government to put this guy in jail. The stress alone is enough for millions in punitive damages.
