It doesn’t matter whose on the Supreme Court, it’s still illegal.
Who says its illegal? The Supreme court determines what is illegal.
The law decides what is legal. The Supreme Court just interprets it. If the law says diddling kids is illegal, and The Supreme Court says kiddy diddling is ok, it’s still illegal .
