I mean, I can run about 20 KM/h for a short while at least. I was running after a bike, and the guy was measuring the speed on it.
It was an electric bike and he was going slow, but I can do 20 KM/h at least.
You should run competitively, I can maybe just hit that speed if I do an intense sprint
