I learned recently the amount of fluid you lose can be trained, but the amount of sodium lost to sweat stays the same your whole life. This was in the context of hydration for endurance training. I imagine age plays a part in how much can be improved though.

Only if you have enough water to replenish it. If not, it fucks you faster
