i think he’s doing it either as retribution for not helping with iran or as leverage to get them to do something with iran.
He has no reasons. He doesn’t think beyond bullying. His handlers and backers however appear to be a death cult.
is it a death cult if they know that they’re not the ones who will be dying?
I don’t share your confidence of their confidence. Weakening the US economically, isolating it from allies, destroying herd immunity and public health, bringing back formerly extirpated/eradicated diseases and pests.
The rich and powerful are not protected from this. The opposite of win-win is not win-lose, its lose lose.
