It’s primarily going to be put in animal food and processed foods. Frozen pizzas. Tv dinners. Canned soups. Sold to restaurants from their bulk suppliers. Especially fast food places. Packaged frozen hamburger patties at grocery stores. Any type of frozen meals with beef. The big rolls of frozen hamburger. It’s going to be hard to avoid it but not impossible. Avoid any beef you can’t determine where it came from.

I’m so glad I’m a vegetarian when it comes to things like tainted meat, but plenty of vegetarian things can get tainted too, a common one being lettuce.
