They plug into 120v and can often work without a drain if your willing to empty them manually afterwards. Honestly, a heat pump dishwasher is probally fully possible but not necessary, as they only use like 5 gallons of hot water.

There are heat pump dryers. They plug into 120v and can often work without a drain if your willing to empty them manually afterwards.
Honestly, a heat pump dishwasher is probally fully possible but not necessary, as they only use like 5 gallons of hot water.
