For people who already tried both, what’s the reason you’re sticking with GNOME or KDE as your desktop environment?
I find the lack of a system tray in Gnome to be a problem. I need to know when my sync app is actively syncing, etc. Background applications disappear for the most part on Gnome and I don’t like that.
