It’s insane to me that there have been so many cases of black people found hanging recently and they’ve pretty much all been brushed off.

There’s something wrong with the world when a children’s entertainer needs to ask the country to bother caring about it.

    Only 7? So, does that mean you have an acceptable number of lynchings? What is it? 20? 100? 10,000? The population of black and brown people maybe?

    And these are just the ones we’re aware of. And the media will be like “dO yOu SuPpOrT dEfUnD tHe PoLiCe?”

    You sound like you probably watch the multiple videos of officers beating essentially children who are complying at traffic stops and then cheer or claim there’s no problem or that they deserved it.

    And to address your whataboutism, more people die from car accidents. Even more than that die from our current healthcare system. Yes. Those are all problems. All of which are perpetuated or made worse by rich, conservative white people too. But they’re not what’s being discussed here.

      I mean agree or not (I personally don’t feel like I can make an informed conclusion here) but that’s clearly not what they’re saying. They’re arguing that these could just be suicides rather than lynchings.

        Pretty unusual for those attempting suicide to do it in public places.

        Even more unusual and very difficult to also bind your feet and hands before doing so too.

        While circumstantial, most of us I feel have enough information to form a conclusion. Similar to the fact that our president is a pedophile.

        It’s also 7 this year so far. There were more cases last year. And they’ve been on the rise in recent years.

        MAGA songs even explaining how to do it. With 2 cases showing up shortly after the song releases. 🙃

          While circumstantial, most of us I feel have enough information to form a conclusion.

          I mean, fair enough, but there’s no reason/justification for tearing into the top commenter before at least hearing them out.

            Don’t platform people like that. If you’re going to ask such a sensitive thing, do your research first. Stop allowing idiots to just ask questions when they’re not really just doing that
