This is a self-hosting community. Your promoted app is just an application, there is no self-hosted component.
Does this app run in a browser or on a server?
You can run it in the browser, which is really good if you have limited authorization on a work laptop. But I don’t know if it still needs a server for data even after the first load. Ask him, I see he replies to all asks.
