The Wall Street Journal put out a post on X about why the younger generation can't afford homes and immediately got dragged up and down the internet for it.
In college I lived off rotisserie chickens. They are pretty versatile. Id usually get 2-3 days worth of meals out of 1 making sandwiches, stir-fry, and other meals out of it. End of the week I’d boil the remaining beans and make soup with the broth for my room mates. I did it bc it was cheap and not a splurge. It was difficult to buy a whole raw chicken for $5 let alone one that was already cooked
