So if you own a business in the UK you can basically commit any crime and go unpunished as being charged would affect your “employees”.

    Does it matter though, he ram into someone intentionally and cause permanent damage to someone. If i punch someone do my punch speed need to be calculate, or is the harm that i cause is already enough for the sentence? The judge is not fitted to be a judge

      The perceived speed by the judge would really depend on how rich you are. I’d bet that if you’re rich enough, you’d get away with a thank you note and the person you punched who violently headbutted your fist going to prison.
